It's Autumn! My favourite season due to the beautiful colours, cosiness and particularly its crunchy leaves :) I'm hoping to decorate another pumpkin this year, my first married pumpkin, but in the meantime I have decided to autumnify (is that a word?!) our flat. Starting with this felt leaf garland which I started almost a year ago but which went on the back burner when wedding planning reared its head!
It's not going to be a very long post I just wanted to show you how sweet it looks, its brightens up the window, especially when its bucketing down outside. I found the templates on Google, cut them out of felt & then spent a couple of hours the other night sewing on the veins in cable stitch while watching Modern Family.
And that's all for now folks, I've got to leave for uni in a second so can't be writing an essay for you, but I hope you liked my handiwork and I'll keep you posted if I get round to making anything else.
